Bible Reading Resources

Daily Bible reading is not optional in the Christian life; it is vital if we are going to grow in Christ’s likeness. Though daily devotional books are useful and beneficial for growth, nothing should ever take the place of daily Bible reading. There are many Bible plans that you can choose for growth, but as a new Christian or an “old one” who is just getting serious about Bible reading, the following suggestion are great places to start.

Reading the “Bible in its own Words” will give you a birds-eye view of the story of the Bible using 126 verses from the Bible. It is a fascinating overview of what the Bible is all about. The “Master These” will give you a good foundation for Bible truth. Take several months with this reading plan. The “Psalms and Proverbs” reading plan is one that you can come back to time and time again. It will become a source grounding and character development that few readings can give you.

And if you find some other good plans, let us know about them and we’ll add them to this page.
